 Presently, Regal Entertainment Group does not offer franchise opportunities for its theatres.

2.When will you hold your next quarterly conference call?
 Regal Entertainment Group Management expects to conduct its next quarterly conference call to discuss fiscal first quarter 2015 results in April 2015.

3.When was Regal incorporated?
 Regal was founded in 1989.

4.How many people does Regal employ?
 As of December 26, 2013, we employed approximately 24,201 persons.

5.When did Regal Entertainment become a public company?
 Regal became a public company on May 8, 2002 and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 9, 2002 under the symbol RGC.

6.When does the Company's fiscal year end?
 The Company’s current fiscal year will end on January 1, 2015, with subsequent fiscal years ending on December 31 of each year. Beginning January 2, 2015, the Company’s quarterly results will be for three month periods ending March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each year.

7.Can I buy stock directly from Regal or do I have to use a broker?
 Stock cannot be purchased directly from Regal Entertainment Group. You must use a broker to complete your transaction. Regal is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (RGC).

8.Does Regal pay a dividend?
 Regal does pay a dividend. On February 12, 2015, Regal Entertainment Group declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per Class A and Class B common share, payable on March 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 3, 2015. The Company intends to pay a regular quarterly dividend for the foreseeable future at the discretion of the Board of Directors depending on available cash, anticipated cash needs, overall financial condition, loan agreement restrictions, future prospects for earnings and cash flows as well as other relevant factors.

9.Does Regal Sponsor a Dividend Re-Investment Plan (DRIP)?
 No, at this time Regal Entertainment Group does not sponsor a Dividend Re-Investment Plan.

10.What is Regal's market capitalization?
 The Company's market capitalization changes as the stock price experiences change. Market capitalization can be calculated by multiplying the number of fully diluted shares by the current stock price.

11.At what price was the stock offered to the public in the Company's initial public offering?
 The stock was offered to the public at $19.00 per common share.

12.How many common shares are outstanding?
 For the quarter ended September 25, 2014, there were 156.4 million weighted average shares outstanding. As of September 25, 2014, 132,465,104 shares of Class A common stock were outstanding and 23,708,639 shares of Class B common stock were outstanding.

13.What is the difference between Class A common shares and Class B common shares?
 Class A and Class B common shares are similar except that Class A shares carry one vote each and Class B shares carry 10 votes each. In addition, the company is authorized to issue up to a total of 500,000,000 Class A shares and 200,000,000 Class B shares.
